This is an experts tool. Make sure you understand what you are doing when using this tool. There is a regular expression search in Portable Application Launcher too.

A very handy developer's tool which also searches in file types Windows desktop search does not handle (unless you know how to manually configure it 8) ). Plus it more flexible too as it uses Regular Expression syntax for search patterns. Finally it can also perform global replace operations. If only it had English localization ;-) Hint! Hint!
